BEST VACATION: 5/5 *****
The view from the condo is absolutely beautiful. The place was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. The pullout couch was very comfortable, it actually felt like a regular bed. The primary bed was also very comfortable. The built-in shelving in the bathroom next to the sink is great - helped keep our toiletries organized. Ann & Fred were so easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to all our questions prior to our stay. At arrival we met Anna Jane, the property manager. She was amazing throughout our entire stay! We enjoyed our sttay more than any other we have been on because of her. She was super attentive & responsive to all of our questions and requests. We appreicated her very much. As for Turks & Caicos - everything was fabulous! The people, the food, the restaurants & shops, the beaches, the water, the excursion we went on - absolutely everything was top notch. Not one thing disappointed us, we have been to many places prior to finally come to Turks and it is now one of our favorite destinations. Sandy, 2023
KING FRED SUITE is AMAZING: Excellent 5/5 *****
The one thing that I didn't read in other reviews was the fact that the beautiful beach and sunset isn't the only thing you can see from this suite. The balcony wraps around the side so we could see the sunrises as well, AMAZING!! Camilyn 2023
A PERFECT VIEW, A PERFECT STAY: EXCELLENT 5/5 *****
This is perhaps the best VRBO experience that we've had to date. The suite is an end unit on a beautiful (and somewhat intimate) resort toward the east end of Grace Bay Beach, which was more spacious on the beach than the crowded Seven Stars and Ritz-Carlton area (those are a 10-minute beach walk). The pictures do not do the unit justice, especially the balcony which looks out onto the beach, has opening on all sides, and juts out further then the balconies of the studio unit, so when you walk out onto the balcony and look to the left, you won't have a next-door neighbor on their balcony looking at you. And you have a better view looking west all the way down Grace Bay Beach. The suite is very clean with nice appliances and TV that supports Airplay, Amazon and AppleTV. The resort is beautifully manicured, the pools are beautiful and mostly empty, and the beach is amazing. We always could find chairs, even in the middle of the day. It felt intimate here. We enjoyed the Pelican Bay Restaurant for drinks and meals. Ann and Fred are responsive and gracious owners, and Anna Jane, their manager was very responsive and attentive. Absolutely recommends. A LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE ON GRACE BAY: 5/5 *****
A well-stocked unit on Grace Bay in a great location with good amenities all you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation in the Turks and Caicos. Owners gave a lot of info and communication was easy and the liaison Anna Jane was wonderful to deal with. I had no issues and hope to return. Jeffrey, 2023

GRACE BAY GETAWAY: Excellent 5/5 *****
The condo was perfect for us - with the spectacular beach less than a minute from our front door. We appreciated having access to the sailboat and paddle boards, and the swimming pool, and being within walking distance to several good restaurants. Check-in was easy. WONDERFUL STAY: Exceptional! 5/5 *****
This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos, and I cannot say enough about what a fantastic experience it was! From our initial communication with hosts, to the ease of check-in (the manager was so helpful), to the suite itself, the location, view and beautiful grounds, everything was wonderful! The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and was totally equipped with everything you need for your stay and many extras including beach accessories and snorkeling gear! We had breakfast and evening cocktails watching the amazing sunsets on the balcony most days. The happy hour right at the property was also very fun and the staff so friendly. We rented a car to explore the island on our own which was a very fun thing to do. Great restaurants and shopping are all within easy walking distance. King Fred Suite is a perfect place to stay in Providenciales! 100% recommend! Barb, 2023

WONDERFUL STAY AT THE KING FRED SUITE 5/5 *****
We had an absolutely amazing stay. The owners were great to work with and very organized. We received a 5-page document that contained everything we needed to know to have a great trip. The unit was nicely updated and very comfortable. The check-in process was very smooth with the manager meeting us there to insure we had everything we needed. The grounds were very nice with very friendly resources to help you. The location of this corner unit had an awesome view of the beach. Thank you, Jay 2022

We really enjoyed our stay in this suite on the beach. The suite was immaculate with many amenities. It was even equipped with snorkeling equipment, floats, cooler and beach bag to use. The patio had nice furniture to enjoy and the view from this suite is amazing! Sue, 2022
SO LUCKY TO HAVE BOOKED THIS SUITE: EXCEPTIONAL 5/5 *****
We feel this is probably the best condo in this lovely place. Second floor, corner unit with unmatched views of the ocean, including fabulous sunsets and you have a roof vs third floor so even if it showers you can be outside. The unit furniture is the best we’ve seen, and there is everything you could want…binoculars, snorkel gear, noodles, sand toys, great lighting, fully stocked kitchen. Ann and Fred have thought of everything. Having breakfast on the balcony, spending the day on the finest stretch of Grace Bay, Happy Hour and an evening chatting in the hot tub and quiet pool is hard to top! We have been so happy to have been here, are sad to leave but hopefully we shall return!"
